Date for last orders to be placed in time for Christmas delivery is Monday 18th (some exclusions apply) we may be able to ship Friday 22nd before 12pm but cannot give any guarantees on delivery dates, please contact our support team for more information.

All domestic orders are dispatched using DHL, or Royal Mail, and are sent using a tracked service from our head office. Delivery within mainland UK is a fixed cost of £5.95 per order using Royal Mail. Most orders will be dispatched next day or within 4 - 7 working days but often sooner. Whilst we make every effort to turn your order around as quickly as possible, dispatch can take up to 10 working days from order of goods during busy periods and if the required item is not in stock (for goods for delivery within the UK). Unfortunately, we are unable to offer next day delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
There is a flat rate of shipping for all international orders. The method we use to send your item(s) internationally varies depending on delivery location. All our orders are fully tracked and are sent using an Express Service from one of our many trusted couriers. If you require a specific courier, please contact us before you place your order as there may be an extra charge.

RESTRICTIONS & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders may also be subjected to local customs, duties and taxes. The customer is wholly responsible/liable for these charges. For more information on this before ordering please refer to your local customs authority. Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by GB Outfitters if you have chosen to return your item(s) for any reason. If you choose to reject your parcel from customs, you will be liable for the return fee to GB Outfitters.
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Great British Outfitters invoice. If the value is under $800 USD you will not have to pay duties, over this amount you will have to pay import tax.
Please note: for USA orders we ship with DHL and you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which allows you to track your order. For Canadian orders you will always be liable to pay import duties and taxes over a value of 60 Canadian Dollars.
