The Harkila Polar Fleece Waistcoatis a warm, wind repellent, stretch fleece waistcoat with Polartec Thermal Pro fleece, radio pockets and a full length zip. It performs excellently as a warm, soft midlayer in cold weather, or as an outer layer on its own on milder days.  The warm mens waistcoat has a high collar, two zipped pockets, as well as a zipped radio pocket, with antenna eyelet, on the right side of the chest
